Solid 14k gold ring with a 6.8mm x 4.95mm oval aquamarine (0.545 ct) as a center stone and a crown of diamonds on top (1 x 0.055 ct marquise diamond and 6 x 0.025 ct round diamonds, approx. 0.205 total ct).
